Can Eppione help me choose the right benefits globally?

Our employee benefits marketplace has a wide range of benefits options from around the world. Making it easier for you to search and find the right ones for your employees. Our employee benefits consultants are also on-hand if you need extra help with making your choices.

Can I use the platform to manage benefits in any country?

Our platform is global, with no limits on countries when adding benefits. You can add benefits in as many countries as you like, and assign access for employees based on location.

What benefits information can I add in the platform?

When setting up your benefit, you can add images, videos, descriptions, and provider details. You can edit and update your benefits information at any time.

Can my employees access their benefits on mobile?

Employees can access all their benefits information through our mobile app. They can change their benefits, find links and documents and view their total reward statement on-the-go.

How will I know which flexible benefits are being used?

Eppione’s analytics tool allows you to run reports into your benefits usage. You can see which are being selected – and which aren’t – and drill down into uptake of specific benefits by demographic, team and more.

Can I make certain benefits compulsory?

Yes, you can set any benefit you like as compulsory. Employees will be unable to opt out, but can change the level of the benefit if you choose.

Can I add salary sacrifice benefits to the platform?

Yes, the platform allows for any kind of benefit – whether it’s paid for by the business, by the employee, or both. Employer spend and employee contributions are clearly displayed in the benefits area. You can even export reports for payroll.

Can the platform manage flexible benefits?

Yes, the platform is great for managing flexible benefits. You can add a range of options with a flex benefits allowance, and employees can add, remove and amend their benefits themselves. There’s even a flexible benefits simulator – so employees can experiment with changes before committing to them.

When can employees make changes to their benefits?

That’s up to you. You can set selection windows for certain benefits, depending on your renewal date. Or, you can let employees opt in and out whenever their needs change, depending on the terms of your benefit. With our mobile app, employees can make changes wherever they are, whenever suits them.
