Can I monitor my benefits uptake?

You can run detailed reports into benefits uptake, showing the number of users who have selected each specific benefit. You can view employee and company contributions, segment benefits by type, and drill down into uptake by demographic, location or department.

Who has access to the reporting tool?

Only admins are granted access to the full reporting tool, while managers can run general reports on their own teams and employees. Users will not be able to access the data. So you can rest assured your data remains confidential.

Can I save reports and run them again later?

Yes, you can save your reports and rerun the query as needed. So if you need to regularly run the same report to provide internal updates, you can do it at the click of a button.

Can I create my own bespoke reports?

Eppione’s analytics tool allows you to run bespoke reports on any data you’ve entered into the platform. You can set multiple measures and dimensions for your reports, edit columns and rows, and add filters to get the answers you need. A range of standard reports are also available in the HR and benefits areas, so you can get those more common questions answered quickly and easily.

How can I convert data into charts and graphs?

You can easily turn your data into clear visuals using the chart mode, which includes a range of options for charts and graphs. They can then be exported as PNG, JPEG or PDF files for easy sharing.

Can I export reports?

Dashboards can be instantly downloaded as PNG files. Bespoke reports can be exported as XLSX, CSV or PDF files.

What can I see on the dashboard?

The reporting tool includes 8 different dashboards, with insights into everything from benefits and training to absenteeism and turnover. Each dashboard includes key indicators for location, demographics and trends over time.

What can I report on in the platform?

You can report on any data you’ve populated within the platform. For example, you can track hours worked, annual leave and sickness trends, employee benefits uptake, training completion, employee turnover and more.
