With 200+ staff globally, Illuminate had recently bought the UK division of a larger business. Now they needed to replace the old benefits of their 30 new employees in line with TUPE regulations. All while offering extra benefits to ease the transfer. With no increase in budget.

The solution
The Eppione platform increased the range of benefits options without extra cost. What’s more, our mobile app made it easy for employees to make their selections. Better still, Illuminate’s new UK HR team got to simplify their admin, self-managing on the platform to stay within budget.

The service
Configuring the platform for a quick launch, we carried out a full market review and made sure all benefits were in place. Once employees had made their selections, we readied reports for payroll and providers. Illuminate even added further benefits at renewal, for no extra cost.

The outcome

Better still, our broker service matched benefits to the client’s smaller UK workforce at mostly the same cost as before. New benefits were also added, to help smooth the transition.
