Responsibilities at Eppione

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing sales operations, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding results.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline generation, track key sales metrics, and ensure consistent forecasting and reporting.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the entire sales funnel.
  • Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team’s performance.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Budget & Targets: Meet and manage sales targets and budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Hands-on BDR Activities: Actively engage in booking meetings and further qualifying sales leads to support the pipeline.

Key Objectives

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop a motivated and high-achieving sales team.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused sales culture.

You Have

  • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Experience with HubSpot and sales performance tools.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong resilience and drive for continuous improvement.

Eppione Location and Travel

This position can be based in our Dublin or London office. Occasional travel may be required in the EU and the USA.
