Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to participate in such programs in their country of residence.
Employees of Eppione and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
The referred company must not be an existing Eppione client.
Personal information collected in connection with this program will be used in accordance with Eppione’s Privacy Policy.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Referral Reward
Referrers will receive a $250 gift card (Amazon, Visa, or others at Eppione’s discretion).
Only one reward will be granted per referred company.
The gift card will be sent within 30 days of referral confirmation.
3. Successful Referral Criteria
The referred company must complete the onboarding process and go live with Eppione services to qualify as a successful referral.
4. Rules & Limitations
No fake accounts are allowed. Some self-referrals may be accepted, but with Eppione’s discretion and written approval before. All violations will result in disqualification.
There is a limit of 10 referral rewards per calendar year, unless otherwise approved by Eppione.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Eppione is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or outdated contact information.
Referrers are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving referral rewards.
Referral contacts must be to someone who works with Employee Benefits at a senior level and can make a decision about implementation.
The qualified opportunity needs to emerge within a three to six-month period.
Eppione reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the terms or engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices.
5. Program Modifications
Eppione reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Eppione is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in the Referral Program.
